Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days excluding weekends and official public holidays.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery ("Check Before You Pay")

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are welcome to inspect the items while the courier is waiting.

  • If you love your items: Keep them, complete your payment (if applicable), and enjoy your order!

  • If you are not satisfied: You can instantly return the items to the courier on the spot.

3. Returns & Shipping Fees on Inspection

  • If you choose to return the items after inspecting them with the courier, the products will be sent back to us.

  • Please note that in the event of a return upon inspection, you will still be responsible for covering the shipping/delivery fees.
